We use this information only to respond to your request, diagnose and perform the repair, and follow up about that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Photos and files
Photos you upload are stored in a private storage location and are used to help diagnose the failure you described. They are not published publicly.
Third-party services
This site embeds a Google Maps map so you can find us and get directions. Loading that map is subject to Google's own privacy terms. Our website hosting and form infrastructure providers process submissions on our behalf.
Data retention and requests
Service request records are retained as part of our repair and service history. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request its deletion where we are not required to retain it, call +1 (469) 945-2489.
